Today I’ve been pondering on the kindness, love and mercy of God. How many times have I failed Him and yet He continues to love me and show mercy on me? This is what keeps giving me hope and helping me continue to try.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
John 3:16
He gave us his only begotten son in the flesh. He provided a savior for us, knowing that we would all make mistakes and fail. His plan took all this into account. What a loving Father in Heaven to provide a way for us to escape death and hell and to continue to love us no matter what.
Repenting is the key to progress. Pure faith keeps us moving forward on the covenant path.
